44/365 fall checklist

I forgot how much I enjoy the change of seasons. Spring and Fall are my favorite, I love when the first of the green leaves start to bloom on the trees and flowers are EVERYWHERE. I also love when those flowers start to change color and pumpkins and cozy clothes and warm drinks are in abundance.

This fall is even more exciting because 1. I’m not miserably pregnant and lugging myself and my squished bladder everywhere like last year and 2. Because watching Polly experience all the things I love so much is really exciting.

This year I want to be more intentional in how I spend my time. So I’ve made a list of all the things I hope to do over the course of the fall season.

  1. Visit our local pumpkin patch.
  2. Deep clean then decorate the house for fall
  3. Make an apple crumble and watch a Halloween movie
  4. Have a pumpkin carving night with Tripp and Polly, my siblings and Dad.

These are all things we typically do anyway, but it’s important to me that they happen because it makes me feel like I’m making the most out of my favorite time of year.
